Two-to-three bed conversion
This was a two-to-three bed conversion. Originally two large bedrooms, the rear bedroom was split to create additional landing and staircase to a converted loft space making a 3rd double bedroom. Rear bedroom became a single bedroom and a family bathroom which was moved from downstairs.

This property was in a very poor condition originally. Some due diligence with pre purchase investigations on this property's history really helped eliminate risk on this project.

Installing these six steel beams allowed for the wall removal of kitchen, hall, lounge, external rear wall & chimney breast to create a open living kitchen diner extension.

Tired property that was due a refurbishment. This brought it to standard & achieve higher rents.
